If you sign up for our email list via our subscription form on our website your contact information will not be sold to any third parties. It will strictly be used to inform you about MineAfrica updates on a periodic basis. These emails may also include other events or news items that we feel may be of interest to you.

When you sign up as a participant at one of our events your contact details will always be treated with full confidentiality and will not be sold or provided to third parties. On occasion, however, if you register for a specific event or seminar, to improve networking opportunities, we would like to make your information available to our seminar presenters or sponsors. In these instances you will have the choice to allow your information to be provided or to be withheld at your discretion. You will be presented with this option on the event registration form.

Return/Cancellation/Refund Policy

Registration and presentation fees vary depending upon on the particular event. See registration forms for actual fees.

Seminar delegates or participants will receive a full refund for cancellations received in writing (email, fax, or by regular mail) one week prior to the event.
