Africa's Mining Industry - Mar 4, 2012 seminar report

with Webber Wentzel

Regulatory uncertainty, debate on the nationalization of mines, and other factors are contributing to uncertainty in mining investment in South Africa and the rest of the African continent. Our March 4 seminar during PDAC provided participants the opportunity to learn firsthand about these issues, the perceptions surrounding them and the reality behind them from senior partners of leading African mining law firm Webber Wentzel.
