Our 10th Annual Investing in African Mining seminar in London, UK took place on Monday November 28, 2016, during Mines and Money. The full-day seminar, held at the Grand Connaught Rooms, featured a keynote address by Neal Froneman, Chief Executive Office, Sibanye Gold Limited on "Adjusting the Trust Deficit to Make Africa Great Again". The program featured updates by senior mining executives on a diverse range of mining projects in the DRC, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Liberia, Mali, Niger and Zambia as well as topical presentations on the current state of mining in Africa; including financing trends in Africa, dealing with health challenges, UK government support for mining in Africa, political risk outlook for 2017, and mergers and acquisitions in African mining.
