The Ethiopian Embassy in Ottawa, WAFA Marketing and Promotion, On the Ground Group, MineAfrica and The Canada-Africa Chamber of Business invite you to participate in The 2nd Ethiopia-Canada Trade and Investment Forum in Toronto this June 27-29, 2017.

This exciting forum features forty leading businesses from Ethiopia who will be presenting to Canadian participants specific investment opportunities in Ethiopia as well as products available for import into Canada. Industry sectors represented include; agriculture (oilseeds, spices, coffee), commercial farming, construction, mining, hotel and tourism, heavy machinery, manufacturing (assembly of truck body parts, packaging), etc.

Also participating are senior representatives from the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Mines, Petroleum and Natural Gas including the Director of Mineral Licensing.

  • Tuesday June 27, 2017 - Networking Reception by The Canada-Africa Chamber of Business - 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm Goodmans LLP - register online
  • Wednesday June 28, 2017 - seminar and B2B meetings - download the list of participating companies from Ethiopia along with their areas of interest and contact Wayne Floreani for more information.
  • Thursday June 29, 2017 - follow up one-on-one meetings and site visits where necessary
